Dear chocolate lovers, here is the perfect summer drink: frozen hot chocolate. You can thank me later ;)

Prepare a double boiler that is set over gently boiling water.

Add cacao.

Cut about 1 1/2 tablespoon butter.

Put it into the cacao.

Prepare the chocolate!

Stir the butter and cacao into a paste like this.

Add chocolate!

After you stirred it will look quite weird...

Add condensed milk (YUM!!).

Stir! Now it's looking better :)

Add a little milk. This is not necessary but I thought that the consistent was too thick and when it would had cooled down it would have been even thicker, so I added a little milk.

Put aside and let it cool. I put cold water in the double boiler so that it cools quicker, I just couldn't wait to get my frozen hot chocolate!

Once it's cool, add 2 tablespoons of condensed milk in a blender.

Add ice. I didn't put a measurement for that because it depends on the taste. If you add a little then you can see if you need more :)

Add the hot chocolate mix :D

Blend, blend, blend!

Pour it into a glass.

And of course: whipped cream on top.

Done!! You can keep it in the freezer.

Good luck and enjoy!
